Mandolin wind

This fella teaches computer programming and English in China, but lives in central Missouri. Sounds like a pretty smart guy, and apparently he is.
In his profile, he says "I am not a idle fool to ramble with the fads of music, fashions, or the foolishness of matters that do not help improve, grow culture, or the lives of people, let alone the lower empty desires of societies and cultures. You say that life is too short "not to be happy"? I say life is to short to folly with the foolishness of humanity that creates the destruction of humanity. Only the Nobel Prize winners build up humanity, and all else creates its destruction."

So does that mean he won a Nobel Prize?

And doesn't he sound like a fun guy? Wait, he has more than one photo! What do you think -- did The Skipper give Gilligan a class in the art of batik? He obviously follows that philosophy of not rambling with the fads of fashions. But doesn't beer fall into the "lower empty desires" category?
